专家把脉中国铁路:领跑“无人区” 标准走出去

领跑时代必须付出代价

2012年开始研发、2014年完成方案设计、2015年下线、2017年正式亮相,动车组“复兴号”标志着中国高速动车组技术全面实现自主化、标准化和系列化,铁路技术装备达到了领跑世界的先进水平。

“我们跟跑的时代结束了。”原中国铁道部部长、中国工程院院士傅志寰认为,中国铁路已经从必然王国进入到自由王国,实现了重大飞跃。从过去的引进、消化、吸收,到如今的自主创新,中国已进入世界轨道交通制造业的第一方队。

在傅志寰看来,过去我们是并跑,现在是领跑,要进入“无人区”,前面没有领路人。这就需要自己判断,也可能路走对了,也可能路走错了,这个代价是作为领跑者必须付出的。

媒体热炒的超高速真空管道技术要不要研究?傅志寰说:“这个在业内有争议,我不好多说。但是,作为试验,这项工作还是要做的。”

努力让世界了解中国标准

中国高铁运营里程占全球的65%,但规则的制定权却不在自己手上。这是中国高铁“走出去”必须突破的壁垒。

原中国铁道部副部长、中国工程院院士孙永福提出,要让世界了解和读懂中国标准。一方面,要积极参与国际铁路规则和标准的制定修订;另一方面,要把中国标准推介出去,纳入到国际规范,扩大中国标准影响。

由于历史的客观原因,中国过去扮演着铁路标准的跟随者角色。傅志寰坦言,要冲破壁垒就看本事。“我们的基础平台方块已经搭建好,他们需要什么我们就给什么。”

中国中车提供的数据显示,其产品已服务全球七大洲102个国家和地区,83%拥有铁路的国家和地区都在使用中车的产品,已经构建起国际先进水平的谱系化产品体系。

要速度,更要环境

未来的交通到底是怎样的?专家们的意见殊途同归。

“关于列车速度,有人提出要时速500公里,我估计可能比较困难。”傅志寰进一步说,列车速度会带来噪音、能耗问题。这些问题不解决,盲目提出提高速度,这是要慎重的。

傅志寰强调,未来的交通发展趋势,应当是既要速度,更要环境、经济。这也是目前发达国家发展轨道交通的共同方向。

坚守轨道交通装备研发工作五十余载的中国工程院院士刘友梅认为,未来的民用高铁已经不追求极速,而是朝着绿色、智能方向发展。
