胡秀群，男，1942年生，安徽蚌埠人，自幼受家庭熏陶习武，尊师重教。现任中国散手道协会专家委员，黑带八段，蚌埠市武术协会常委，蚌埠市心意六合拳研究会秘书长，蚌埠市东区武协秘书长、总教练，2001年被评为中国武术六段。他为发展安徽宋派心意六合拳呕心沥血，弟子遍布全国各地，近年来在武术杂志上多次刊载有关心意六合拳的有关论述。
胡秀群：
胡秀群出身武术世家，父辈兄弟三人从师宋国宾，在家中设教场习心意六合拳。因此，幼小的胡秀群在家父和大伯的管教下，开始了武术生涯。六十年代在父亲的介绍下，得到了心意六合拳名家宋国宾亲传弟子杨春荣大师的指点，使他懂得了心意拳融入十形之长，取十大真意之灵性，成其心意主要旨，功法、劲力、神意诸法一体，方不失心意之本；首要明理，理不达拳，拳则失魂，合攻守之道，符阴阳之理。他几十年如一日，潜心揣思，刻苦钻研，四处奔波，投师访友，得到众多名家的指点，逐步达到心意六合拳的高深境界。
众所周知，佛教事业的“不为自己求安乐，但愿众生得离苦”是大乘菩萨的行愿，也是佛教慈善事业的宗旨精神。因此在当今时代应大力倡导佛教慈善事业。
网谈天下人一直热衷于公益慈善事业，修缮高皇庙的目的是为了改善人们的物资生活和精神生活，给当地人民和广大信众提供一个净心休闲、佛法祭祀、文化传播的绝佳场所。新形势下的寺院管理就是要从爱国爱教出发，做到与时俱进、开拓创新、造福社会，使广大人民修身养性，幸福生活。高皇庙的修复扩建也希望社会各界的信众、慈善机构、慈善家等捐赠善款以修护寺院及文物，功德无量。
【高皇庙简介】
由网谈天下投资的千年古刹高皇庙，坐落在安徽省亳州市利辛县城东南16公里中疃镇的风水宝地凤凰沟畔。中阚公路穿越其间，道路平坦，交通便利。该庙历经两汉、三国、隋、唐、宋、元、明、清、中华民国和中华人民共和国，经掠风雨两千多年。
【历史沿革】
据史书记载：公元前204年4月，汉高祖刘邦带兵打天下时，被楚霸王的大军围困在荥阳城多日，城中粮草断绝，又没救兵驰援。危在旦夕之际，身边的猛将纪信将军，献计突围，即由纪信自己假扮汉高祖，“假高祖”纪信乘坐高祖战车驶出东门外后，弃车策马冲出重围，引诱敌军追杀。真高祖乘机从西门顺利突围。纪信日以继夜负伤驰至中疃凤凰沟畔，被追敌擒获烧死。
高祖建立西汉王朝后，宴请父老乡亲，酒酣击筑而歌：“大风起兮云飞扬，威加海内兮归故乡。安得猛士兮守四方？”以抒其春风得意和思贤爱才之情，他多么需要像纪信将军那样的敢死猛将为大汉守卫江山！因此，他要树纪信为标兵。遂敕命蒙城地方衙门在中疃村凤凰沟畔建造一座“纪信庙”，以安名将忠魂，以期后人效仿。因纪信庙为高祖皇帝敕命所建，后人重新扩建时改名“高皇庙”。以表对明君忠臣的敬爱。
两千多年来，从北魏开始，佛门曾先后遭到五次法难，高皇庙也不例外，几经灭顶之灾而又几度东山再起。其中，曾经隋朝慧禅和尚化缘重建；初唐又经敬德扩建重修；清末民初香火最旺时期，拥有庙产天地1633亩，殿宇53间，神佛塑像500多尊。为两淮地区规模宏大的知名寺庙。寺院占地120多亩，所谓“南到槐树，北到窑，东到大路，西到桥”，说的就是高皇庙的四周地界，是蒙城地方最大的寺院。当时的主持隆照大师被拥为蒙城地方佛教界的首席领袖。

高皇庙具有悠久的历史文化背景，寺庙遗址现今犹存，并拥有大量信众，由于历史原因及岁月波折，无法满足广大信众进行宗教活动的需要，在当地宗教局、县政府、中疃镇镇政府的大力支持下，2004年3月，中疃镇组建高皇庙修复筹备委员会，提出“一年干，二年建，三至五年来完善”的修复方案，前期建设规划将在原寺庙基础上扩大用地范围，进行修复建设。
修复高皇庙，恢复其昔日荣光，既可充分体现党的宗教信仰自由政策，满足广大信众的需求，促进地区社会和谐稳定和宗教文化事业健康发展，其社会效益和经济效益十分巨大。
2015年，在众高皇庙筹委员会全体人员的努力下，为重建工程筹资，工程已步入正轨，主体工程已经完工，两座大殿已经林立而起，寺庙建成投入使用已指日可待！
